Position Title: Cross-border Payment Sales Manager

Work Location: Shenzhen

Position type: Full-time or part-time

Job Responsibilities:

Market development and customer expansion:

Be responsible for the sales of cross-border payment products (such as international collection, foreign exchange settlement, cross-border e-commerce payment, etc.) and develop new customers (such as cross-border e-commerce platforms, foreign trade enterprises, financial institutions, etc.).

Analyze the target industry and customer demands, formulate targeted sales strategies, and complete the performance indicators assigned by the company.

2. Customer Relationship Maintenance:

Maintain existing customer resources, regularly follow up on customer needs, provide customized payment solutions, and enhance customer stickiness and satisfaction.

Coordinate departments such as technology, risk control, and operation to promote the implementation of customer projects and the resolution of problems.

3. Industry Research and Competitive product Analysis

Track the dynamics of the cross-border payment market (such as policy changes, industry trends, and the movements of competing products), feedback market information and optimize sales strategies.

4. Business Negotiation and Contract Management:

Lead business negotiations and complete processes such as contract signing, rate negotiation, and confirmation of cooperation terms.

5. Teamwork:

Cooperate with the Marketing Department to plan promotional activities and enhance brand influence; Assist the product department in optimizing the solution.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, international trade, marketing or related fields is preferred.

2. Work Experience:

More than 3 years of sales experience in the payment industry, familiar with business models such as cross-border payment, foreign exchange settlement, and cross-border e-commerce;

Those with resources from banks, third-party payment institutions (such as PayPal, PingPong, Wanlihui, etc.) or foreign trade enterprises will be given priority.

3. Skill Requirements:

Possess excellent business negotiation skills, customer management capabilities and market acumen;

Be familiar with international payment-related regulations (such as AML, foreign exchange control, etc.);

Fluent in English (needs to handle the demands of overseas clients or partners).

4. Personal Quality:

Result-oriented, strong stress resistance, and adaptable to frequent business trips or cross-time zone communication.

Bonus points:

It has customer resources such as an independent cross-border e-commerce website, financial institutions or large foreign trade enterprises.
